Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Example consent experience
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Review: Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and SMS Messaging Program.
Intended production process
- Customer enters or confirms a mobile number during checkout, account registration, or a QR-linked web page.
- Customer sees the FrostLine Works / participating business identity and the disclosures above.
- Customer may optionally check the transactional checkbox and/or the separate promotional checkbox.
- Neither box is checked by default.
- Customer may complete purchase or continue without selecting either box.
- Only checked preferences constitute affirmative consent for that purpose.
- Consent records may include timestamp, disclosure version, source, IP address, user agent, and tenant/merchant association, as described in the Privacy Policy.
